Mike Davidson, a former business owner and current leadership consultant from Saline County, Arkansas, has developed A PROCESS that will help you identify the superstars. Mike spent a year and half completing a number of courses on the art of interviewing, and he has refined the process over several years to such a point that he has been asked to share his interviewing techniques with national organizations.
What Mike will be teaching us is how to accurately evaluate three key attributes of every superstar: 1) their attitude, 2) their self-initiative, and 3) their ability to learn.
